You may not like the answer to “How much do beer money sites pay?” but let me give you some context so you can understand.

First of all what is Beer Money anyway?

I like to think of it as a few bucks I may set aside each week to pay for some little extravagance. A few coins in my pocket at the end of the day; drop them in the fun jar and wait a few weeks.

You might have $20 in there or more. Go buy some beer or a pizza.

Doesn’t sound so bad right?

Remember, beer money sites aren’t a job. You can’t compare the amount of time and the reward for doing a survey to the hourly rate at your job. First off, surveys aren’t a job (they could be… but we can talk about that later). They’re just something to kill time.

So you have some time to kill, and nothing productive to do, why not do a survey or something? Earn $0.50 for a few minutes doing a survey. Do that a handful of times a day for a week, and you might have $14.

Of course – you can get a game on your phone that you like to play which is earning you money as you play it. If you are good at those games, you could make a lot pretty fast.

Now you could be making $30 a week.

Ok but for earning on things I buy anyway; how much do beer money sites pay?

Well you can turn in receipts on things you buy anyway and get money back. You can even submit the same receipt to a few different sites. A typical grocery trip might get you $5. Shop a couple times a week and that’s $10.

Now you’re up to about $40 a week.

The point here is that if you don’t look at it as a job, and just something to kill time, have a little fun, or get cash back on things you were buying anyway, WHY NOT get onto some beer money sites?
